The JACX, a twin, 26-story, mixed-use building in Long Island City, aimed to provide a seamless and efficient Building Management System (BMS) for their anchor tenants, MACY'S, Bloomingdale's, and WeWork. The client sought a custom solution that would allow tenants to easily interact with their occupied floors and enable the facility engineers to monitor equipment status and alarms.
